Groon XXX stated today that he is very happy being an independent fighter
because he can call his own shots when it comes to working and he is his own
boss but he has said that he has gotten calls from both AAA & EMLL about coming
back to work for either of them. Groon said that EMLL has a strenuous schedule
and he doesn’t like to work a lot of dates because right now he works a couple
of shows then takes a couple of weeks off to be with his family. Groon said that
AAA just has their big TV tapings with spot shows being not as important so he
could get rest there if needed but he said another reason why EMLL is difficult
to work for is the fans at Arena Mexico who don’t really give inexperienced
talent a shot. Groon then talked about the changes in AAA since Antonio Pena
died and he thinks that the people that have left since Pena’s death have been
more successful than the guys that stayed but he does wish his old friends there
the best. Groon said that he has heard rumors that the WWE has looked at him and
he would be interested to work there if they met his salary demands and work
schedule.
Rey Bucanero stated today that he plans on speaking to Paco Alonso this week
about why he feels like his value in the company has gone down lately. Bucanero
& Olimpico have questioned in public lately why Negro Casas & Mr. Niebla are
teaming with Atlantis & Ultimo Guerrero more than them because it doesn’t make
sense since they are not even members of Los Guerreros del Atlantida.
