Ric Flair (w/ Fifi) defeated WCW World Champion Vader (w/ Harley Race) via disqualification at around the 9-minute mark; prior to the bout, Col. Rob Parker confronted Flair backstage in which he said Steve Austin could beat Flair, with Flair then punching Parker before making his ring entrance; the finish saw Vader miss the moonsault and Flair made the cover, with referee Randy Anderson then crawling over to make the count and slapping his hand against the mat as he crawled over; however, the referee disqualified Vader for accidentally hitting him just prior to the moonsault; after the match, Flair was attacked by Vader, Race, Steve Austin, and Col. Rob Parker until Dustin Rhodes and the Shockmaster appeared; moments later, Gene Okerlund came in the ring for an interview with Flair, with Flair cutting a promo on Vader & Austin and saying he would have Sid Vicious as his partner that weekend on WCW Saturday Night

11/10/06 - featured an opening in-ring promo by World Heavyweight Champion Booker T, with Sharmell, in which Booker cut a promo on becoming the "Champion of Champions" from his win at Cyber Sunday and then said he was sad because he had no opponents left to defeat; moments later, Teddy Long came out with two photographers and congratulated Booker on the win as the photographers took shots of the champion posing; Long then said he owed Batista a big favor for protecting Booker and the world title the previous week and Batista would receive a title match at Survivor Series, but Booker might not be the defending champion; Long then said Booker would defend the title then and there against Bobby Lashley; included a look at the publicity stops WWE World Champion John Cena has done to promote "The Marine," including appearing on "Late Night with Conan O'Brian," "Live with Regis & Kelly," "MAD TV," "The Howard Stern Show," and "The Best Damn Sports Show Period" and being featured in various magazines; featured a backstage segment between Teddy Long and MVP in which Long told him he would be facing Kane the following week in a streetfight; included a backstage segment in which WWE US Champion Chris Benoit confronted Chavo Guerrero Jr. and Vickie Guerrero about their behavior having something to do with Eddie's estate, with Vickie cutting him off and saying Chavo would be the new US Champion at the Survivor Series; included an ad promoting Eric Bishoff's Controversy Creates Cash in which he talked about the nWo and being thrown out of Hulk Hogan's home; featured an in-ring promo by Ken Kennedy in which he challenged the Undertaker to a match at Survivor Series, said Taker was holding him back and not letting him expand his legacy on Raw or ECW, and said Taker's career would end exactly 16 years after he made his debut at the 1990 Survivor Series; moments later, Taker came out and the two briefly brawled in the ring until Kennedy bloodied and repeatedly hit Taker in the face with the hanging microphone; included an ad promoting WrestleMania 23 tickets going on sale the following day; featured a look at Batista filming scenes for "Smallville," which would air the following Thursday; included clips throughout the show detailing the history between Batista and Finlay; featured a backstage segment between Mike Mizanin and Kristal in which Kristal yelled at him for not getting rid of the Boogeyman, with Miz saying he had challenged the Boogeyman to a match the following week:
