World Wrestling Entertainment’s RAW/ECW crew will be in Long Island, NY,
at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, tonight. Advertised: John Cena, Randy
Orton, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio, Jr., Vladimir Kozlov, Chris
Jericho, Kane, CM Punk, William Regal, Christian, Finlay, Mark Henry, Beth
Phoenix, Santino Marella, Melina, and Kofi Kingston. Bell time is 7:30 PM.
WWE’s SmackDown crew will be at the Cornwall Civic Complex in Cornwall, ON,
tonight. Advertised: Edge defends the WWE World Heavyweight Title against Jeff

Tickets for the following WWE events go on sale Saturday: April 13, at Philips
Arena in Atlanta, GA; April 26, the Backlash PPV at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in
Providence, RI; April 28, SmackDown/ECW at Madison Square Garden in New York,
NY; May 11, at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH; May 12, at the Nutter
Center in Dayton, OH; May 19, at the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, OH; and May
23, at the E-Center of West Valley City in Salt Lake City, UT.
WWE has announced the following events: May 28, RAW at Arena Monterrey in
Monterrey, Mexico; May 30, SmackDown/ECW at the McKenzie Arena in Chattanooga,
TN; May 30, RAW at Palacio De Los Deportes in Mexico City, Mexico; and June 7,
the Extreme Rules PPV at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, LA. Tickets for
the Mexico shows go on sale March 2, while Chattanooga tickets are available on
March 28. Tickets for New Orleans go on sale April 11.
The lawsuit against WWE by Scott ‘Raven’ Levy, Chris Kanyon, and Mike Sanders
has been dismissed. The suit disputed WWE’s claims that its talent are
independent contractors rather than employees. The attorney for the wrestlers
says they are pursuing options, including asking Judge Peter Dorsey to
reconsider or simply filing an appeal. Dorsey dismissed the case on Tuesday
after receiving a motion for dismissal from WWE on Monday.
Total Nonstop Action has announced an event at the First Arena in Elmira,
NY, on April 17. Tickets go on sale March 6.
Ring of Honor will be at the Danbury Police Athletic League Building in
Danbury, CT, tonight. Advertised: Nigel McGuinness defends the ROH World
Heavyweight Title against Jerry Lynn, Jimmy Jacobs, and Tyler Black in a
four-man elimination match; Kevin Steen & Jay Briscoe versus Chris Hero & Eddie
Edwards, with Larry Sweeney; Bryan Danielson versus Delirious; Brent Albright
versus Claudio Castagnoli; Brodie Lee versus Necro Butcher in a street fight;

being a referee for this card. The program for this card mentioned that fans had
started a petition to have the Assassins removed as Georgia Tag Team Champions
because of their actions in injuring Gilbert on February 20, 1970. It urged fans
