Damacio “The Angel Of Death†Page (11-4-0) vs. Will Capuzano (6-0-0)
Damacio Page has had a successful run thus far in the WEC promotion, defeating Scott Jorgensen and Marcos Galvao, while suffering a loss to Brian Bowles. The biggest fights in Damacio Page’s MMA career came in late 2006, when he fought Genki Sudo at K-1 Premium 2006 Dynamite. Damacio Page is a fighter who is comfortable wherever the fight ends up, with ten victories coming by knockout and submission. Will Capuzano will be making his WEC debut in this fight, but he is a veteran of the Cage Kings promotion. In the Cage Kings promotion, Will Capuzano has defeated the likes of Trevor Robbins, Jason Horak and Bryan Goldsby. This fight against Damacio Page at WEC 43 will mark the fourth time Will Capuzano has competed in an MMA fight in 2009. Will Capuzano is a fighter who is comfortable wherever the fight ends up, with five victories coming by knockout and submission.
My Prediction: Damacio Page

Donald “Cowboy†Cerrone (10-1-0) vs. Benson “Smooth†Henderson (9-1-0)

In his other WEC fights, Donald Cerrone has defeated the likes of Danny Castillo, Rob McCullough and James Krause. Of his twelve professional fights, Donald Cerrone has only seen two of them go past the second round, which speaks to his finishing abilities. Donald Cerrone will be looking to put the fight on the ground, with nine victories coming by way of submission.
