Andre Winner makes his return to the UFC after losing the UFC Ultimate Fighter 9 Lightweight Finals to Ross Pearson in June. Andre Winner is a longtime veteran of the Cage Warriors Fighting Championships, where he defeated Paul Cooper, Daniel Thomas and AJ Wenn, while suffering defeats to Greg Loughran and Bendy Casimir. Andre Winner has had an interesting streak develop in his career, with six of his last seven fights ending via decision. Andre Winner will be looking to put the fight on the ground, with three victories coming by way of submission. Rolando Delgado made his UFC debut at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 8 Finale, defeating John Polakowski before suffering a defeat to Paul Kelly at UFC 99. Early in his MMA career, Rolando Delgado lost to UFC veteran Joe Jordan by unanimous decision at a Dangerzone MMA event in 2003. Of his eight professional fights, none of them has gone past the second round, which speaks to Alexander Gustafsson’s finishing abilities. Alexander Gustafsson had his biggest year of his professional MMA career in 2008, winning all six fights he had participated in. Alexander Gustafsson will be looking to use his striking skills to win the fight, with six victories coming by knockout. Jared Hamman will also be making his UFC debut in this fight, but he is a veteran of the Strikeforce and Elite XC promotions. While in those promotions, Jared Hamman defeated Scott Graham, Aaron Rosa and Poai Suganuma, while suffering a lone defeat to Poai Suganuma. In mid-2007, Jared Hamman defeated UFC veteran Travis Wiuff by knockout at an International Fighting Championships event. Paul Kelly has had a successful run in the UFC, gaining victories over Paul Taylor, Troy Mandaloniz and Roli Delgado, while suffering a lone defeat to Marcus Davis. Prior to suffering the loss to Marcus Davis at UFC 89, Paul Kelly was on an seven fight undefeated streak that lasted three years. However, Paul Kelly will be entering the fight on a two fight winning streak and has yet to suffer a defeat this year. In an interesting career note, Paul Kelly won the first five fights of his professional MMA career within the first round. Paul Kelly will be looking to use his striking skills to win the fight, with four victories coming by way of knockout. Dennis Siver has had a long run in the UFC, defeating Nate Mohr, Dale Hartt and Naoyuki Kotani, while suffering defeats to Melvin Guillard, Jess Liaudin and Gray Maynard. Dennis Siver will be entering the fight on a three fight winning streak that has lasted well over a year, last suffering a defeat to Melvin Guillard at UFC 86. Dennis Siver started off his MMA career in impressive fashion, with a five fight undefeated streak that lasted over a year. Nick “Slick†Osipczak (4-0-0) vs. Matthew Riddle (3-0-0)
Nick Osipczak made his UFC debut at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 9 Finale, where he defeated Frank Lester by way of submission. Nick Osipczak is a veteran of the FX3 MMA promotion, where he defeated both Brendan Flanagan and Nigel Whitear. Of his four professional fights, none of them have gone past the first round, which speaks to Nick Osipczak’s finishing abilities. Nick Osipczak will be looking to put the fight on the ground, with three victories coming by way of submission. Matthew Riddle has fought every fight in his professional MMA career in the UFC, defeating Dante Rivera, Steve Bruno and Dan Cramer. In an interesting career note, all three of Matthew Riddle’s MMA fights have ended by unanimous decision. This fight against Nick Osipczak will mark the third fight of 2009 for Matthew Riddle, with his other career fight occurring in 2008. Matthew Riddle will be entering the fight with one of the top training camps behind him, as he trains with Xtreme Couture.

Terry Etim has had a successful run in the UFC, achieving victories over Matt Grice, Sam Stout, Brian Cobb and Justin Buchholz, while suffering defeats to Gleison Tibau and Rich Clementi. Prior to suffering the loss to Gleison Tibau at UFC 75, Terry Etim was on a ten fight undefeated streak that lasted over two years. Terry Etim will be entering this fight against Shannon Gugerty with a three fight winning streak, with his last loss coming over a year ago. Terry Etim will be looking to put the fight on the ground, with ten prior victories coming by way of submission. Shannon Gugerty has had a decent run in the UFC thus far, gaining victories over Dale Hartt and Matt Grice, while suffering a loss to Spencer Fisher. Shannon Gugerty is a longtime veteran of the Total Combat promotion, where ten of his fifteen professional fights occurred in. While in the Total Combat promotion, Shannon Gugerty gained a victory over World Extreme Cagefighting veteran Cub Swanson. Paul Taylor has had an interesting run in the UFC, defeating Edilberto de Oliveira, Jess Liaudin and Peter Sobotta, while suffering defeats to Marcus Davis, Paul Kelly and Chris Lytle. Paul Taylor is also a veteran of the Cage Rage promotion, where he fought the likes of Matt Ewin, Jess Liaudin and Che Mills. In 2006, Paul Taylor fight Japanese MMA legend Yuki Sasaki at a Pain And Glory event, suffering a defeat to the fighter. Paul Taylor will be looking to use his striking skills to win the match, with five victories coming by way of knockout. John Hathaway is an undefeated fighter who has already defeated Tom Egan and Rick Story in UFC competition. John Hathaway is also a veteran of the Cage Rage promotion, where he defeated Charles Barbosa, Tom Maguire, Marvin Arnold Bleau and Jack Mason. John Hathaway is a fighter who currently holds an eleven fight undefeated streak, which has lasted over three years. John Hathaway will be looking to use his striking skills to win the fight, with five victories coming by knockout.
