Fight #1 - UFC Heavyweight Division Fight

Paul Buentello (25-10-0) vs. Stefan Struve (22-3-0)

Round One

The round begins with Stefan Struve attempting a head kick on Paul Buentello, Paul Buentello catches Stefan Struve’s leg and forces him against the cage wall. Stefan Struve then rocks Paul Buentello with a right uppercut, Stefan Struve then takes Paul Buentello down and gets back control. Stefan Struve then starts weakening Paul Buentello with punches to the head, Paul Buentello finally escapes from Stefan Struve’s rear naked choke attempts and he gets in the full guard of Stefan Struve as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Paul Buentello hitting Stefan Struve with a right hook, Paul Buentello then drops Stefan Struve briefly with a punch to the face. Stefan Struve then forces Paul Buentello up against the cage wall, Paul Buentello switches positions to force Stefan Struve against the cage wall. Stefan Struve purposely drops to the ground and attempts leg locks on Paul Buentello, the fighters stand up and Paul Buentello hits Stefan Struve with a body punch. Both fighters then rock each other with uppercuts, Paul Buentello then drops Stefan Struve with a right to the face. Paul Buentello then hits Stefan Struve with a two punch combination, Stefan Struve then hits Paul Buentello with an elbow to the head. Both fighters then launch a series of wild punches at each other, Stefan Struve then forces Paul Buentello against the cage wall as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Stefan Struve hitting Paul Buentello with a weak jab, Stefan Struve then hits Paul Buentello with a series of leg kicks. Stefan Struve then hits Paul Buentello with a straight left to the face, Stefan Struve then nails Paul Buentello with a few elbow strikes to the face. Stefan Struve then returns to hitting Paul Buentello with some leg kicks, Paul Buentello then drops Stefan Struve with a series of punches to the face. Paul Buentello then connects with a two punch combination on Stefan Struve as the round ends.

Fight Result: Stefan Struve def. Paul Buentello by majority decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-28)

Post fight interview with Stefan Struve, who says that Paul Buentello is a tough opponent and that he doesn’t feel like a winner right now.

Kenny Florian (13-4-0) vs. Clay Guida (25-7-0)

Round One

The round begins with Clay Guida hitting Kenny Florian with a leg kick, Clay Guida then hits Kenny Florian with a right uppercut. Clay Guida then takes Kenny Florian down after a failed leg kick and gets in his open guard, Kenny Florian uses a leg push to move Clay Guida and stand up. Kenny Florian then hits Clay Guida with a punching combination to the face, both fighters then start swinging wildly at each other. Kenny Florian then scores a brief takedown on Clay Guida, Kenny Florian lands on top of Clay Guida during a failed takedown attempts. Kenny Florian then hits Clay Guida with a knee strike to the head, Kenny Florian then scores a quick takedown on Clay Duida. The referee briefly halts the fight so the doctor can check the cut on Clay Guida, the fight resumes with Kenny Florian peppering Clay Guida with jabs as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Kenny Florian blocking a Clay Guida takedown attempt, Kenny Florian then starts hitting Clay Guida with a right hook and jabs. Kenny Florian then drops Clay Guida with a two punch combination, Kenny Florian then locks in the rear naked choke hold on Clay Guida and a tap out soon follows.

The round begins with both fighters exchanging wild strikes at the center of the octagon, Jon Fitch then gets back control on Mike Pierce and scores a takedown. Jon Fitch then starts using short punches to weaken Mike Pierce, Mike Pierce breaks free and scores a takedown on Jon Fitch and gets into his open guard. Both fighters stand up and the referee separates the fighters after inactivity, the action resumes with Jon Fitch hitting Mike Pierce with a left hook. Jon Fitch then connects with a right uppercut on Mike Pierce, Mike Pierce blocks a Jon Fitch takedown attempt as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Jon Fitch hitting Mike Pierce with a leg kick, Mike Pierce then forces Jon Fitch up against the cage wall. Mike Pierce then hits Jon Fitch with knee strikes to the legs, Jon Fitch then hits Mike Pierce with a leg kick. Jon Fitch then scores a takedown on Mike Pierce and gets back control, the fighters stand up and Mike Pierce hits Jon Fitch with a left hook. Mike Pierce follows it up by hitting Jon Fitch with a right cross, Jon Fitch then scores a takedown on Mike Pierce and gets back control. The round begins with Jon Fitch hitting Mike Pierce with knee strikes to the body, Mike Pierce then hits Jon Fitch with a few jabs. Mike Pierce then forces Jon Fitch up against the cage wall, Mike Pierce then hits Jon Fitch with knee strikes to the legs. Jon Fitch then hits Mike Pierce with a knee strike to the face, Mike Pierce then connects with a left hook to Jon Fitch. Jon Fitch then barely connects with an uppercut on Mike Pierce, Jon Fitch then scores a takedown on Mike Pierce and gets back control. The fighters separate and Mike Pierce hits Jon Fitch with a leg kick, Mike Pierce then starts rocking Jon Fitch with multiple punches all over the head and body as the round ends.

Post fight interview with Jon Fitch, who says getting cut in the first round scared him a little bit and that Mike Pierce has a bright future in the UFC.

Fight #4 - UFC Heavyweight Division Fight

Frank Mir (12-4-0) vs. Cheick Kongo (24-5-1)

Round One

The round begins with Frank Mir quickly dropping Cheick Kongo with a left hook, Frank Mir then locks Cheick Kongo in the guillotine choke and Cheick Kongo passes out to end the fight.

Fight Result: Frank Mir def. Cheick Kongo by submission via guillotine choke (1:12, R1)

Post fight interview with Frank Mir, who says that going through a new training regimen has helped him greatly and he fights for the fans.

The round begins with BJ Penn quickly dropping a charging Diego Sanchez with a straight right, BJ Penn follows it up by assaulting Diego Sanchez with many more punches. BJ Penn then puts Diego Sanchez on the ground and gets side control, the fighters stand up and BJ Penn hits Diego Sanchez with an uppercut. Diego Sanchez then forces BJ Penn up against the cage wall, Diego Sanchez then connects with an elbow strike to the face of BJ Penn.
