This weekend could easily be all about ending one of the biggest rivalries currently in the UFC as Jon Jones and Rashad Evans do battle. However, before the battles begin on both pay-per-view and FX, there are a few fights streaming on Facebook. These two fighters will feature a few fighters making their UFC debuts and a key fight in the featherweight division.
Kicking off the action is a featherweight division fight as Marcus “The Bama Beast†Brimage (4-1-0) faces Maximo “Maxi†Blanco (8-3-0). Marcus Brimage is currently undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated Stephen Bass at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale. Maximo Blanco will be making his UFC debut in this fight, coming off of a poor one off run in Strikeforce. This will be an interesting fight to keep an eye on, but it will be Maximo Blanco pulling out the victory in the end.
Headlining this portion of the card is a welterweight division fight as Keith “The Polish Connection†Wisniewski (28-13-0) takes on Chris “The Menace†Clements (10-4-0). Keith Wisniewski is currently winless in his second UFC run, losing to Josh Neer at UFC On Versus VI. Chris Clements enters the fight riding a four fight winning streak, which includes victories over UFC veterans Jonathan Goulet and Rich Clementi. This will be the biggest test of Chris Clements MMA career, but it will be a test that the UFC rookie passes.
