The injury bug has bitten the UFC 149 card again as Siyar Bahadurzada is out of a fight with Chris Clements due to injury. Bahadurzada will be replaced by Matthew Riddle, who is coming of a close decision victory over Henry Martinez at UFC 143. Clements enters the fight riding a five fight winning streak, which includes victories over Jonathan Goulet and Rich Clementi. UFC 149 takes place on July 21st at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with Urijah Faber and Renan Barao headlining.
