UFC 153 will forever go down in the UFC history book as the event that was saved by both Anderson Silva and Stephan Bonnar. No matter who had saved the event at the end of the day, there is one heck of a fight card taking place on Saturday Night. Like usual, the event kicks off with fights on Facebook, with this particular event featuring a fighter making his middleweight debut.
Kicking off the action is a lightweight division fight as Reza “Mad Dog†Madadi (12-2-0) battles Cristiano Marcello (12-4-0). Reza Madadi is currently undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated Yoislandy Izqueirdo at UFC on Fuel TV II. Cristiano Marcello is currently winless in UFC competition, having lost to Sam Sicilia at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 15 Finale. These are two fighters on opposite spectrums of the UFC right now, but it will be Reza Madadi remaining undefeated in UFC competition in the end.
Headlining this portion of the card is a middleweight division fight as Chris Camozzi (17-5-0) faces Luiz “Banha†Cane (12-4-0). Chris Camozzi enters the fight riding a two fight winning streak, having defeated both Dustin Jacoby and Nick Catone. Luiz Cane competes for the first time as a middleweight in the UFC after winning four of eight as a light heavyweight in the promotion. The majority of this fight should be contested on the feet, which is where Luiz Cane will pull out the victory.
