MARK HOMINICK RETIRES

One time UFC Featherweight Title challenger Mark Hominick has announced his retirement from the sport, he last fought at UFC 154 in a decision loss to Pablo Garza. Hominick challenged current UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo for the gold at UFC 129, but lost via decision. Hominick ends his career on a four fight losing streak, it all started with the loss at UFC 129 and ended at UFC 154. Throughout his ten year MMA career, Hominick fought the likes of Jose Aldo, Mike Brown, Yves Edwards, Hatsu Hioki, Jorge Gurgel, Josh Grispi, Bryan Caraway, Leonard Garcia, George Roop, Chan Sung Jung and Eddie Yagin.
