The UFC is returning to action this weekend with the annual pre-Super Bowl event and it will be headlined by a featherweight title fight. Unlike the last few UFC events that featured Facebook streamed fights, there will be more than one fight to check out. There will be two fights to check out on the social media website, including an interesting fight in the bantamweight division.
Kicking off the action is a bantamweight division fight as Edwin “El Feroz†Figueroa (9-1-0) battles Francisco “Cisco†Rivera (8-2-0-1NC). Figueroa has won two straight in UFC competition, defeating both Jason Reinhardt and Alex Caceres in those fights. Rivera is coming off of a six month suspension for a failed drug test following a bout against Rolande Delorme at UFC 149. The winner of this fight should start moving to more important fights in the promotion and that fighter will be Figueroa.
Headlining this portion of the card is a bantamweight division fight as Chico “King†Camus (12-3-0) faces Dustin Kimura (9-0-0). Camus is currently undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated Dustin Pague by unanimous decision at UFC 150. Kimura is an undefeated fighter who will be making his UFC debut in this fight, but is widely credited with inventing the kimura submission maneuver. This could be the most underrated fight of the night, but it will be Kimura making a successful UFC debut.
