Not to many promotions are willing to go head to head against the UFC, but you must give Cage Warriors a little credit for doing so. The promotion is putting on a heck of a card, which is headlined by fast rising contender Bola Omoyele. There are a trio of fights streaming live on Facebook, which features six fighters looking to move up in the promotions rankings.
Kicking off the action is a welterweight division fight as Adam Boussif (3-0-0) takes on Sean “Sexy Curls†Carter (5-0-0). Boussif is currently undefeated as a professional MMA fighter and none of his fights have gone past the opening round. Carter is also undefeated as a professional MMA fighter and he holds a victory over Matt Hughes, but not the UFC’s Matt Hughes. This a huge fight at this stage of both fighters careers, but it will be Carter keeping his undefeated streak alive.
Up next is a featherweight division fight as “Almighty†Arnold Allen (3-0-0) competes against Andy Green (4-6-0). Allen is currently undefeated as a professional MMA fighter, primarily competing in the Ultimate Challenge MMA promotion. Green has only won one of his last five fights, with that lone victory coming over Mick Kay at an Olympian MMA Championships event. Barring a big upset from taking place in this one, Allen will walk away and remain undefeated in the end.
Headlining this portion of the card is a middleweight division contest as Fabio Ferrari (5-2-1) faces Brett Sizeland (6-2-0). Ferrari has won four of his last six fights and has competed mostly in the Ultimate Warrior Challenge promotion. Sizeland has won three of his last four fights and has only seen one career fight go past the opening round. These are two fighters who are known for finishing fights, but it will be Sizeland getting the duke in this one.
