Fight #4 - UFC Featherweight Division Fight

Yancy Medeiros (9-2-0-1NC) vs. Damon Jackson (9-0-0)

Round One

The round begins with Medeiros cracking Jackson with a kick to the midsection, Jackson charges forward on Medeiros while landing a right. Medeiros responds by catching a swinging Jackson with a counter right, Jackson then cracks Medeiros with a pair of rights. Jackson grabs a hold of Medeiros and he assaults him with knee strikes, Medeiros responds by nailing a grappling Jackson with some knee strikes of his own. Medeiros accidentally nails Jackson low and the fight is halted, the fight resumes with Jackson nailing Medeiros with leg kicks. Medeiros then pops Jackson with a quick left uppercut to the chin, Jackson looks for a takedown and Medeiros almost catches him with a standing guillotine choke as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Jackson swinging away at Medeiros, Medeiros then pops a swinging Jackson with a counter left. Jackson then hits Medeiros with a head kick and then they have a wild striking exchange, Jackson looks for a takedown and Medeiros lands a left to the midsection. Medeiros catches Jackson with an reverse guillotine choke from the standing position and a tap out follows.

Fight Result: Yancy Medeiros def. Damon Jackson by submission via reverse guillotine choke (1:54, R2)

Fight #5 - UFC Lightweight Division Fight

Carlos Diego Ferreira (10-0-0) vs. Ramsey Nijem (10-4-0)

Round One

The round begins with Nijem quickly charging forward on Ferreira while landing strikes, the fighters have a wild striking exchange near the cage wall. Nijem starts attacking Ferreira with some leg kicks, Nijem follows those up by popping Ferreira with a left hook. Nijem scores a takedown on Ferreira and he gets the full guard, Ferreira quickly scrambles to his feet to get the fight standing. Nijem briefly drops a swinging Ferreira with a counter right, Ferreira swarms on a swinging Nijem and he tags him with a left hook. Nijem scores another takedown and Ferreira quickly scrambles to his feet, Ferreira rocks and drops a swinging Nijem with a punching combination. Nijem escapes a submission attempt from Ferreira to get top position, Ferreira sweeps Nijem as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Ferreira cracking Nijem with a right cross, Ferreira drops an incoming Nijem with a straight right. Ferreira drops for a guillotine choke and Nijem escapes to get top position, Nijem gets up and he allows Ferreira to do so as well. Nijem charges at Ferreira and Ferreira drops him with a counter right, Ferreira pounces on Nijem with a few more strikes and the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: Carlos Diego Ferreira def. Ramsey Nijem by TKO via strikes (1:53, R2)

Fight #6 - UFC Women's Bantamweight Division Fight

Shayna Baszler (15-8-0) vs. Bethe Correia (8-0-0)

Round One

The round begins with Baszler grabbing a hold of Correia and holding her against the cage wall, Baszler cracks Correia with a knee strike. Correia scores a takedown on Baszler and she gets the half guard, Baszler catches Correia in her full guard. Baszler almost catches Correia in a triangle choke while nailing her with elbow strikes, Correia escapes to get the fight standing. Baszler then cracks Correia with a few rights before initiating some grappling, the fighters battle for position along the cage wall. Baszler continues looking for the takedown as Correia hits her with a few lefts, Baszler scores a takedown on Correia and she gets the half guard. Baszler goes for a guillotine choke as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with both women catching the other with a left, Baszler looks for a takedown as Correira hits her with s few uppercuts. Correia gets Baszler on the cage wall and she unleashes a ton of strikes on her, Baszler tries to swing back and Correia nails her with more strikes. Correia continues assaulting Baszler with strikes until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: Bethe Correia def. Shayna Baszler by TKO via strikes (1:56, R2)

Fight #7 - UFC Lightweight Division Fight

Danny Castillo (17-6-0) vs. Tony Ferguson (16-3-0)

Round One

The round begins with Ferguson quickly nailing Castillo with leg kicks, Castillo tries nailing Ferguson with a few wild rights. Castillo starts attacking Ferguson with a few punching combinations, the fighters have a striking exchange near the cage wall. Ferguson catches Castillo in a standing D'arce choke and he drags Castillo to the ground, Castillo eventually escapes the submission attempt after a long struggle. Castillo catches Ferguson with an elbow strike as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Ferguson going back to attacking Castillo with leg kicks, Ferguson then pops Castillo with a two punch combination. Castillo attacks Ferguson with striking combinations that mostly get blocked, Castillo starts catching Ferguson with a few lefts. Ferguson attempts a flying knee strike that barely hits Castillo, Castillo looks for a takedown and Ferguson rolls for a heel hook. Castillo escapes and he gets top position on Ferguson, Ferguson uses a push off the cage wall to get on top of Castillo during a scramble. Castillo quickly scrambles to get on top of Ferguson after another scramble, Ferguson tries to scramble again and Castillo stays in top position as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Castillo swarming on Ferguson with a few strikes, Ferguson rolls for a leg lock and Castillo pops him with a right. Ferguson uses a kimura attempt on Castillo to drag the fight to the ground, Castillo escapes the submission attempt to get top position on Ferguson. Ferguson scrambles to his feet with Castillo holding onto him, Castillo scores a takedown on Ferguson and he gets the open guard. Ferguson wall walks to his feet and Castillo drags him back to the ground, Castillo transitions to the half guard on Ferguson. Ferguson eventually forces Castillo into his full guard, Castillo starts attacking Ferguson with some ground and pound. Castillo eventually gains the full mount position on Ferguson, Ferguson causes a scramble that gets Castillo on his back. Castillo catches Ferguson in an arm triangle choke as the round ends.

Fight Result: Tony Ferguson def. Danny Castillo by split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)

Main Event - UFC Bantamweight Title Fight

TJ Dillashaw (11-2-0) (Champion) vs. Joe Soto (15-2-0)

Round One

The round begins with Dillashaw attacking Soto with a few leg kicks, Soto catches a kick from Dillashaw and he scores a takedown. Dillashaw scrambles and he gets back control on Soto, Soto scrambles to his feet while eating some strikes from Dillashaw. Dillashaw avoids some shots from Soto before landing an uppercut, Soto then hits Dillashaw with a counter left hook. Dillashaw then pops Soto with a left hook to the midsection, Soto hits Dillashaw with an uppercut and leg kick as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Soto popping a swinging Dillashaw with several counter rights, Dillashaw goes back to hitting Soto with leg kicks. Dillashaw backs up Soto after nailing him with an uppercut, Soto moves forward on Dillashaw while landing a left. Dillashaw eats a right before cracking Soto with a knee strike, Dillashaw dances around Soto while jabbing away at him. Dillashaw then pegs an incoming Soto with another uppercut, Dillashaw tries swarming Soto with a lot of strikes as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Dillashaw quickly attacking Soto with some leg kicks, Dillashaw quickly attacks Soto with a multi-strike combination. Dillashaw then hits a moving Soto with a left to the midsection, Soto starts hunting for the takedown on Dillashaw. Dillashaw continuously attacks Soto with punching combinations, Dillashaw scores a takedown on Soto and he gets back control. Soto quickly scrambles to get the fight right back to the feet, Soto occasionally cracks a swinging Dillashaw with some counter strikes. Dillashaw swings away at Soto as the round ends.

Round Four

The round begins with Dillashaw immediately nailing Soto with an uppercut, Dillashaw goes back to attacking Soto with a variety of kicks. Soto swings as much as he can at Dillashaw and he mostly misses, the fighters exchange plenty of jabs. Soto starts popping a swinging Dillashaw with a few counter lefts, Dillashaw scores a takedown on Soto and he gets the full guard. Soto scrambles to his feet as Dillashaw nails him with a few strikes and the round ends.

Round Five

The round begins with Soto instantly attempting takedowns on Dillashaw, Dillashaw then cracks Soto with a head kick and a punching combination. Soto looks for another takedown and Dillashaw cracks him with a knee strike, Dillashaw again attacks Soto with a high kick. Dillashaw drops Soto with a head kick and he pounces on him with more strikes until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: TJ Dillashaw def. Joe Soto by KO via head kick (2:20, R5) to retain the UFC Bantamweight Title
