Capping off another huge weekend with six MMA events in total will be the stellar World Series Of Fighting 13 card, The event will be headlined by a non-title bout as WSOF Bantamweight Champion Marlon Moraes faces Cody Bollinger. Also, TUF alumni Keon Caldwell faces Ozzy Dugulubgov and several other top prospects are in action.
Kicking off the action is a lightweight division bout as Tom Marcellino (7-2-0) competes against Frankie Perez (8-1-0). Marcellino is currently winless in WSOF competition, having dropped a fight to Brenson Hansen at the WSOF II. Perez will be making his WSOF debut in this fight and he has spent his entire career until this point in the Ring Of Combat promotion. Perez has been tearing it up so far on the regional circuit and will be making his big show debut with a victory.
A pair of bantamweight will clash next as Isaiah “The Beast†Chapman (6-1-0) battles “Lucky†Timur Valiev (7-1-0). Champman will be making his WSOF debut in this fight and he once challenged for the North American Allied Fight Series Bantamweight Title. Valiev is currently undefeated in WSOF competition, having defeated Adam Acquaviva at the WSOF X. These are two fighters who could be future title challengers, but it will be Valiev staying undefeated in the WSOF in the end.
Up next is a welterweight division affair as Keon “The Black Assassin†Caldwell (9-2-0) takes on Ozzy Dugulubgov (5-2-0). Caldwell is currently winless under the WSOF banner, having dropped a fight to Nick Newell at the WSOF IV. Dugulubgov has won two of three fights in the WSOF, most notably defeating Chris Wade at the WSOF II. This is a huge opportunity for both competitors in this one, but it will be Dugulubgov getting his third WSOF victory.
Headlining this card is a catchweight division encounter as Marlon Moraes (13-4-1) faces Cody “The Cali Cowboy†Bollinger (16-2-0-1NC). Moraes is the current WSOF Bantamweight Champion, having defeated Josh Rettinghouse at the WSOF IX to win the gold. Bollinger is currently undefeated in WSOF competition, last defeating Pablo Alfonso at the WSOF 11. Moraes is dangerous at any weight he decides to compete at and he will show that when he defeats Bollinger.
