Alan Patrick has suffered a broken jaw and he is off the upcoming UFC 179 card, he was scheduled to fight Beneil Dariush at the event. UFC officials are seeking a replacement for Patrick, but nothing has been announced as of this writing. UFC 179 takes place on October 25th from the Maracanazinho Gymnasium in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil with Jose Aldo and Chad Mendes headlining.
