BELLATOR HEAD SAYS RAMPAGE IS STILL SIGNED WITH THEM, HINTS OF LEGAL ISSUES

Bellator head Scott Coker responded to tonight's announcement that UFC had signed Quinton "Rampage" Jackson to a new deal with the following statement via Twitter:

"Let us be clear that Quinton "Rampage" Jackson is under an exclusive contract with #BellatorMMA. We will protect our contractual rights."

Jackson had fought several times for Bellator since signing with the promotion in 2013 after leaving UFC. Jackson's signing today was for a return to the UFC Octagon next year.

So, it appears there might just be a legal issue forthcoming.
