UFC VET PHIL HARRIS RETIRES

The first ever European flyweight fighter to be signed by the UFC, Phil Harris, has announced his retirement with a career record of 22-12-0-2NC. Harris went 1-4-0 during his time in the UFC, defeating Ulysses Gomez, while suffering defeats to Darren Uyenoyama, John Lineker and Neil Seery (he also fought Louis Gaudinot to a no contest). During his eleven year MMA career, Harris fought top names like Jose Aldo, Neil Seery, Darren Uyenoyama, Ulyssez Gomez, Louis Gaudinot and John Lineker. Harris’s last bout as a pro came at UFC Fight Night: McGregor vs. Brandao, where he suffered a unanimous decision defeat to Neil Seery.
