Following the failed drug test for cocaine this past December, the UFC has decided to fine UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones for violating the company’s code of conduct. The UFC decided to issue the fine themselves because the Nevada State Athletic Commission decided not to fine Jones because the test was considered an “out of competition†test. Jones was thought to be in rehab to deal with his issues, but reportedly left after just a day and he plans on attending the AFC Championship Game this coming Sunday (his brother in a New England Patriot).
