Former Bellator MMA Heavyweight Tournament finalist Blagoi Ivanov has signed a multi-fight deal with the World Series Of Fighting, his current MMA record is 11-1-0-1NC. Ivanov made it to the finals of the season ten heavyweight tournament, losing to Alexander Volkov in the finals. Ivanov is best known for surviving a medically induced coma after he was stabbed in the heart in 2012 after getting into a fight in a bar. Ivanov would return to action after taking nearly two years to recover from his injuries, winning four of five fights. Ivanov’s debut date for the World Series Of Fighting has yet to be set, but he is expected to debut by the summer.
