Al Iaquinta has also been pulled from UFC Fight Night 71 after UFC officials were not able to secure a late replacement opponent for him following the Gilbert Melendez drug test failure. A bantamweight bout between Manny Gamburyan and Scott Jorgensen has been promoted from the Fox Sports 1 portion of the preliminary card to the main card. Also, a bout between Igor Araujo and Sean Strickland has been moved from the UFC Fight Pass portion of the preliminary card to the Fox Sports 1 portion of the preliminary card. UFC Fight Night 71 takes place on July 15th from the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California with Frank Mir and Todd Duffee headlining.
