A potential title eliminator in the lightweight division is set for the UFC Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale as Khabib Nurmagomedov faces Tony Ferguson. Nurmagomedov has won all six of his previous UFC appearances, which includes a win over current UFC Lightweight Champion Rafael Dos Anjos. Ferguson has won nine of ten fights under the UFC banner and he is coming off of a win over former Strikeforce Lightweight Champion Josh Thomson at UFC Fight Night: Mir vs. Duffee. UFC Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale takes place on December 11th from a location TBA in Las Vegas, Nevada with no headliner announced as of yet.
