Former Xtreme Fighting Championships Lightweight Champion and World Series Of Fighting veteran Nick Newell has announced his retirement, he retires with a record of 13-1-0. Newell has spent his entire life and fighting career competing with just one arm, as he was born with congenital amputation of his left arm. Newell's lone career loss came when he challenged WSOF Lightweight Champion Justin Gaethje for the gold at the WSOF 11. During his six-plus year MMA career, Newell fought top names like Eric Reynolds, Keon Caldwell and Justin Gaethje.
