Longtine UFC Heavyweight Division competitor Soa Palelei has announced his retirement from the sport, he retires with a record of 22-5-0. During his thirteen year MMA career, Palelei fought top names like Eddie Sanchez, Daniel Cormier, Bob Sapp, Sean McCorkle, Nikita Krylov, Pat Barry, Jared Roshlot, Walt Harris and Antonio Silva. Palelei last competed at UFC 190 this past August, where he suffered a second round TKO defeat to the aforementioned Silva.
