A middleweight division rematch that will be pitting former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva up against former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Vitor Belfort. Silva won the first encounter between the two at UFC 126 in 2011, Silva successfully defended his middleweight title in that bout. Belfort has won six of eight bouts since the loss to Silva, plus he had challenged for both the UFC Middleweight and UFC Light Heavyweight Titles in that time. UFC 197 takes place on March 5th from the HSBC Arena in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
