Fight #9 - UFC Middleweight Division Fight

Round One
The round begins with Theodorou quickly attacking Santos with a variety of kicks, Theodorou comes forward on Santos while throwing strikes. Santos tries slowing Theodorou down by landing some leg kicks, Theodorou then hits Santos with a kick to the midsection. Theodorou fakes a superman punch to kick away at Santos, Theodorou just continues to assault Santos with a plethora of kicks. Theodorou barely connects with a head kick on Santos, Santos responds by attacking Theodorou with a spinning heel kick. Theodorou briefly drops Santos with a front kick to the midsection, Theodorou looks for a takedown on Santos as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with both fighters just kicking away at each other, Santos forces Theodorou into the cage wall while attacking him with strikes. Theodorou scores a takedown on Santos and he gets leg control, Santos wall walks to his feet with Theodorou holding onto him. Theodorou looks for another takedown as Santos nails him with a few elbow strikes, Theodorou continues looking for the takedown while eating knee strikes from Santos. The referee separates the fighters for inactivity and Theodorou eats some strikes while looking for a takedown, Theodorou holds Santos against the cage wall as Santos counters with strikes. The fighters separate and Santos scores a takedown on Theodorou, Santos gets back control on Theodorou. Theodorou scrambles to his feet and gets a takedown of his own on Santos as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Santos attacking Theodorou with spin kicks and a plethora of punches, Theodorou looks for the takedown as he holds Santos against the cage wall. The referee separates the fighters for inactivity and Santos nails a swinging Theodorou with a counter left, Theodorou looks for another takedown and Santos counters with strikes. The referee halts the fight to have a doctor check a cut on Theodorou, the fight is allowed to continue and it resumes with the fighters clinching near the cage wall. Santos then rocks Theodorou with a few punches that is followed by a knee strike, Santos then cracks Theodorou with a high kick and more knee strikes. Theodorou goes for another takedown and Santos cracks him with elbow strikes, Santos then cracks Theodorou with a few knee strikes to the midsection. Theodorou looks for another takedown and Santos rocks him with a knee and left hook, Santos holds Theodorou against the cage wall as the round ends.
Fight Result: Thiago Santos def. Elias Theodorou by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-27, 29-27)
Fight #10 - UFC Lightweight Division Fight
Sage Northcutt (6-0-0) vs. Cody Pfister (12-4-1)

Round One
The round begins with Pfister eating a few strikes before scoring a takedown on Northcutt, Pfister starts attacking Northcutt with some ground and pound. Pfister transitions to the half guard on Northcutt, Northcutt eventually forces Pfister back into his full guard after eating a few strikes. Pfister regains the half guard position on Northcutt, Northcutt again catches Pfister back into the full guard. The referee stands up the fighters for inactivity and Northcutt scores a takedown on Pfister, Northcutt starts hitting Pfister with some ground and pound. Northcutt catches Pfister in the arm triangle choke and Pfister escapes after a long struggle, Northcutt lands a few more strikes as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Pfister quickly nailing Northcutt with a left, Northcutt drags Pfister to the ground while controlling his head. Pfister scrambles to get top control and Northcutt catches him in a guillotine choke to force a tap out.

Fight #11 - UFC Lightweight Division Fight
Jim Miller (25-6-0-1NC) vs. Michael Chiesa (12-2-0)

Round One
The round begins with Chiesa nailing Miller with a multiple punch combination, Chiesa scores a takedown on Miller after a striking exchange between the two. Chiesa settles in the half guard of Miller while landing a few strikes, Chiesa postures up before returning to half guard on Miller. Miller uses a heel hook attempt to get top position on Chiesa, Miller escapes a triangle choke attempt to get back control on Chiesa, Miller hunts for the rear naked choke as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Miller attacking Chiesa with a few leg kicks, Miller then cracks Chiesa with a few lefts. Chiesa scores a takedown on Miller and he gets the full guard, Chiesa postures up to attack Miller with a few strikes. Chiesa attacks Miller with ground and pound as he advances to the half guard, Miller rolls for a heel hook and Chiesa counters with a plethora of strikes. Chiesa gains back control on Miller and he locks in the rear naked choke to force a tap out.

Main Event - UFC Women’s Strawweight Division Fight
Paige VanZant (6-1-0) vs. Rose Namajunas (4-2-0)

Round One
The round begins with Namajunas cracking VanZant with a two punch combo, Namajunas hits VanZant with some counter strike combinations. Namajunas scores a takedown on VanZant and she gets the half guard, Namajunas lands some strikes as she gets North/South position. Namajunas cracks VanZant with elbow strikes before they scramble to their feet, Namajunas then cracks VanZant with a straight right. VanZant looks for the takedown and Namajunas winds up with back control on her, Namajunas attacks VanZant with some ground and pound. VanZant finds a way to stand up with Namajunas holding onto her, Namajunas scores another takedown on VanZant and she immediately postures up. Namajunas eventually settles in the open guard of VanZant as she lands more strikes, Namajunas transitions to the half guard on VanZant. Namajunas attacks VanZant with more strikes as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Namajunas cracking VanZAnt with a two punch combo, Namajunas grabs a hold of VanZant and she holds her against the cage wall. Namajunas scores a takedown on VanZant and she gets the full mount. Namajunas quickly gains back control on VanZant, VanZant scrambles and Namajunas gets side control on her and then the half guard. Namajunas attacks VanZant with some ground and pound, VanZant scrambles to her feet and she eats a knee strike. VanZant scores a takedown and Namajunas scrambles quickly to get top position, Namajunas transitions to back control on VanZant. VanZant scrambles to her feet with Namajunas holding onto her, VanZant pulls guard on Namajunas to get the fight back to the ground. Namajunas remains in top position on VanZant as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with VanZant attempting a flying knee strike and Namajunas counters with a takedown, Namajunas settles in the half guard position on VanZant, VanZant causes a scramble and the fighters both stand up. VanZant then hits Namajunas with a knee strike to the midsection, VanZant starts to charge forward on Namajunas while throwing strikes. Namajunas then cracks a swinging VanZant with a counter right, the fighters clinch up and battle for position along the cage wall. Namajunas scores a takedown on VanZant and she gets the half guard, Namajunas transitions to back control on VanZant. VanZant stands up and Namajunas gets standing back control on her. VanZant falls to the ground with Namajunas still on her back, Namajunas goes for the rear naked choke and VanZant escapes after a long struggle as the round ends.
Round Four
The round begins with the fighters instantly clinching and Namajunas scores a takedown on VanZant, Namajunas transitions to the half guard on VanZant while landing some strikes. Namajunas rolls for the arm bar and VanZant scrambles to escape, Namajunas attacks VanZant with a lot of ground and pound. Namajunas gains back control again on VanZant, VanZant stands up with Namajunas holding onto her. Namajunas drags VanZant back to the ground again and she escapes a second arm bar attempt, Namajunas then transitions to back control on Van Zant. VanZant finds a way to stand up again with Namajunas holding onto her, Namajunas scores another takedown on VanZant as the round ends.
Round Five
The round begins with VanZant coming out and attacking Namajunas with strikes, Namajunas scores a takedown on VanZant and she gets the half guard. Namajunas transitions to side control on VanZant, VanZant is quick to force Namajunas back into the half guard again. Namajunas transitions to back control as VanZant tried scrambling, Namajunas locks in the rear naked choke and a tap out follows.
