UFC Fight Night 83 is getting a new middleweight main event as Michael Bisping will now be facing former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva. Bipsing will enter the fight on a two fight winning streak, last defeating Thales Leites at UFC Fight Night: Bisping vs. Leites. Silva will be returning to action following a one year suspension after a failed rug test and he has not earned a victory in over three years. Bipsing’s original opponent, Gegard Mousasi, is currently expect to be moved to another card following this announcement. UFC Fight Night 83 takes place on February 27th from the 02 Arena in London, England with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
