Longtime UFC veteran Martin Kampmann has retired from the sport, he retires with a record of 20-7-0. During Kampmann’s thirteen year MMA career, he fought top names like Xavier Foupa-Pokam, Crafton Wallace, Thales Leites, Drew McFedries, Jorge Rivera, Nate Marquardt, Carlos Condit, Paul Daley, Paulo Thiago, Jake Shields, Diego Sanchez, Rick Story, Thiago Alves, Jake Ellenberger and Johny Hendricks. Kampmann has most recently been the head coach of Team Alpha Male, but has left that position as well when he opted to move to Denmark. Kampmann’s last bout as a pro came at UFC Fight Night: Condit vs. Kampmann II, where Kampmann suffered a TKO loss to Carlos Condit.
