A flyweight division attraction has been added to UFC 196 as Justin Scoggins dukes it out with Ray Borg. Scoggins has won just one of his last three under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Josh Sampo at UFC 187. Sampo will enter the fight riding a three fight winning streak and this will be the first time he has competed on a UFC pay-per-view card since signing with the promotion in 2014. UFC 196 takes place on February 6th from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada with Fabricio Werdum and Cain Velasquez headlining.
