THIS SATURDAY, NWA Smoky Mountain returns to the storied
Civic Auditorium in Kingsport, TN, for Encore 2016! See it
happen this Saturday, February 13, from the Civic Auditorium
located at 1550 Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport.
Please note our new, earlier bell time of 7:30 p.m. for this
event. Tickets will be on sale at the door with $20 for
front row, $15 for general admission and $10 for children
12-under.
Make sure to get there early! The first 50 fans through the
door will receive a free "old school" event poster. The
first 200 fans through the door each will receive a coupon
book from Hardee's. Each coupon book contains more than $50
in savings.

NWA Southeastern Title
Champion, Jason "The Gift" Kincaid (w/ Saradox)
vs. "The Modern Day Outlaw" Vince Brent
Vince earned this shot at Kincaid and the Southeastern Title
by pinning "The Gift" last month as part of a six man tag
match. Brent won that battle but paid the price; Kincaid
delivered three double stomps from the top rope that left
Brent with cracked ribs. Brent says he's recovered and ready
to dethrone Kincaid, but the long-reigning champion is sure
to test those ribs, and the resolve of the fan favorite
challenger, in this match. Kincaid has been Southeastern
Champion since October of 2011. Can Vince Brent be the one
who finally ends his historic championship reign?
NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title
Champion, "Godzilla" Jaz Dane
vs. "Mr. Fighting Spirit" Toby Farley (w/ Dylan Wayne
Sizemore)
After beating Tristen Ramsey last month in a match that had
the NWA Smoky Mountain fans on their feet in appreciation,
Farley challenged Jax Dane to this match. Since then, Farley
also defeated Nick Hammonds to become the NWA Mountain
Empire Champion. Now, Farley sets his sights on the most
historic title in professional wrestling, but "Godzilla" Jax
Dane has been all but unstoppable since winning the "10
pounds of gold." Don't miss what promises to be an epic
collision!
Southern Independent Dream Match
"The Crown Jewel" Chase Owens
vs. "The Southern Savior" John Skyler
Owens remains committed to facing the best competition out
there and that continues at Encore 2016 as John Skyler makes
his NWA Smoky Mountain debut and takes on "The Crown Jewel."
Owens, a former three-time NWA World Junior Heavyweight
Champion, wants to prove himself by facing the toughest
opponents available. Skyler, a veteran of the Southeast
scene who also has made multiple appearances on NXT,
definitely is in that category. Who's going to emerge
victorious? Be there Saturday to find out!
NWA U.S. Tag Title Match
Champions, The Giants of Gehenna (Chris Richards & Travis
Lee) (w/ Saradox)
vs. "Notorious" Nick Hammonds & "The Human Action Figure"
Ali Shabazz
Richards and Travis Lee make their first defense of the U.S.
Titles against two of NWA Smoky Mountain's biggest fan
favorites. This match continues the rivalry between Hammonds
and The Cabal, and "Notorious" Nick would love to take the
tag titles away from that group. That won't be easy. The
Giants are arguably the most physically dominant team in the
entire National Wrestling Alliance. Don't miss this intense
title match this Saturday in Kingsport!
NWA Smoky Mountain TV Title Match
Extended 15 Minute Time Limit
Champion, "Picture Perfect" Jordan Kage (w/ Dylan Wayne
Sizemore)
vs. Axton Ray
Last month, the TV Title Match between Kage and Ray ended in
a 10-minute draw. This time, five extra minutes have been
added. Axton Ray, who was on the receiving end of Kage's
brutal hangman's piledriver after the match in a despicable
act by the defending champion, is out for revenge and says
he will defeat Kage well before the 15-minute time limit
ends. Will the "Picture Perfect" reign of Kage as TV champ
end at Encore 2016?
Smoky Mountain Cup Rematch
"The Flyest" Skylar Kruze vs. "Mr. Everybody Knows" Shawn
Shultz
Coming off a big win at House Party, Kruze faces one of the
toughest pound-for-pound competitors in the entire NWA in
Shultz. This is a rematch from last year's Smoky Mountain
Cup, a contest that Shultz won after nailing Kruze with a
low blow. Can Shultz defeat Kruze again, or is there a
superkick in his future?
Six Man Grudge Match
"The Wrestling Extraordinaire" Sigmon, "Southern Sycho"
Elliott Russell & Wild Bill
vs. KAOS ("The Closer" Jeff Connelly, Bryan Montgomery &
Onslaught) (w/ Travis Dykes)
Two rivalries come to a head at Encore 2016, as the
Heatseekers and Wild Bill join forces to take on KAOS in
what promises to be a wild six man tag match. Last month,
The Hardliners -- Connelly and Montgomery -- defeated the
former NWA World Tag Champions Sigmon and Russell after
interference by Judas The Mad Hatter, but Judas paid the
price as The Heatseekers laid him out after the match. Judas
remains on the injured list but KAOS is out for revenge this
Saturday.
