A pair of title bouts as Ayaka Hamasaki defends the atomweight title against Amber Brown and Vanessa Porto faces Jennifer Maia to crown an interim flyweight title. Hamasaki will be making the first defense of her championship, which she won by defeating Herica Tiburcio at Invicta FC 13. Brown is currently undefeated in Invicta FC competition, most notably defeating Liz McCarthy at Invicta FC IX.
Porto will enter the fight riding a three fight winning streak, which includes a win over UFC veteran Roxanne Modaferri. Maia has only won just one of three in Invicta FC, but she is currently riding a three fight winning streak. Invicta FC 16 takes place on March 11th from the Trinidad Pavilion At Tropicana Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada with Ayaka Hamasaki and Amber Brown headlining.
