Fight #9 - Bellator MMA Featherweight Division Fight
Emanuel Sanchez (12-2-0) vs. Daniel Pineda (21-11-0)

Round One
The round begins with Pineda quickly nailing Sanchez with a right, Sanchez starts hitting Pineda with punching combinations. Pineda scores a takedown on Sanchez and he gets leg control, Pineda quickly gains the side control position and then half guard on Sanchez. Pineda then gets back control on Sanchez, Sanchez rolls forward and he winds up getting on top of Pineda. Sanchez starts attacking Pineda with some strikes as they scramble to their feet, Pineda starts attacking Sanchez with leg kicks. Pineda scores another takedown on Sanchez and he gets the half guard, Sanchez scrambles to get on top of Pineda again. Sanchez slips while posturing up and Pineda gets top position on him again until the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with both fighters exchanging some high kicks, Sanchez backs up Pineda with a punching combination and high kick. Sanchez scores a takedown on Pineda and he gets the half guard, Sanchez starts attacking Pineda with some ground and pound. Pineda eventually traps Sanchez back into the full guard, Sanchez quickly transitions back to the half guard position before both fighters stand up. Pineda scores a takedown on Sanchez and he gets the full guard, the referee stands up the fighters for inactivity and Sanchez scores another takedown on Pineda. Pineda uses a knee bar attempt on Sanchez to get the fight standing again, Pineda scores another takedown on Sanchez and he gets the open guard as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with the two fighters having a striking exchange in the center of the cage, Pineda scores a takedown and Sanchez winds up in top position in the end. Sanchez starts attacking Pineda with some ground and pound, Sanchez postures up before advancing to side control on Pineda. Pineda scrambles to his feet and Sanchez attacks him with a pair of head kicks, Sanchez holds Pineda against the cage wall while nailing him with knee strikes. Pineda goes for the takedown and Sanchez rolls through to get top position, Sanchez continues attacking Pineda with strikes. Sanchez transitions to back control on Pineda, Sanchez decides to transition to the full mount and Pineda just scrambles to his feet. Pineda misses a kick and Sanchez takes him to the ground as the round ends.

Round One
The round begins with the fighters exchanging some kicks, Vassell scores a takedown on Newton and he gets back control. Newton stands up with Vassell holding onto him, Vassell scores another takedown on Newton and he gets side control. Vassell transitions to the full mount on Newton before getting back control, Vassell starts attacking Newton with some ground and pound. Vassell regains the full mount position on Newton while landing more strikes, Vassell again gets back control on a scrambling Newton. Newton scrambles and he gets the fight standing, Newton dives on the back of Vassell and Vassell quickly shakes him off, Newton scores a takedown on Vassell as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Newton attacking Vassell with some leg kicks, the fighters scramble on the ground before returning to their feet. Newton then hits a kicking Vassell with a counter right hook, Newton accidentally kicks Vassell low and the fight is halted. The fight resumes with Vassell trying to nail an incoming Newton with punches, Newton continues to attack Vassell with a variety of kicks. Newton scores a takedown and Vassell quickly gets back to his feet. Newton scores another takedown on Vassell and he gets the half guard, Vassell finds a way to get up and Newton drags him back to the ground. Vassell stands up again and Newton cracks him with a knee strike, Newton accidentally knee strikes Vassell low and the fight is halted. The fight resumes with the referee taking a point from Newton for the low blows, the action resumes with Newton attacking Vassell with a variety of kicks. Newton then cracks Vassell with a spinning back kick to the face as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Vassell cracking Newton with a few jabs, Newton backs up Vassell by attacking him with a bunch of kicks. Newton scores a takedown on Vassell and he gets side control, Vassell is quick to force Newton into the full guard. Vassell scrambles to get the fight standing and Newton holds him against the cage wall, the fighters exchange knee strikes along the cage wall. Vassell scores a takedown on Newton and he gets leg control, Vassell transitions to the full mount on Newton. Vassell starts attacking Newton with some ground and pound, Vassell transitions to gain back control on Newton, Vassell regains full mount on Newton as the round ends.

Guillard starts attacking Campos with a few powerful rights, Campos backs up Guillard after catching him with a wild right. Guillard begins to attack Campois with some leg kicks as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Campos nailing Guillard with a kick to the midsection, Campos rocks Guillard with a two strike combo and he drops him with follow up strikes that forces the referee to jump in.

The round begins with Slice cracking 5000 with a left, Slice scores a takedown on a charging 5000 and he gets side control. Slice quickly gets the full mount on 5000, Slice starts attacking 5000 with some ground and pound. 5000 scrambles to get the fight standing again, 5000 grabs a hold of Slice and he holds him up against the cage wall. The referee separates the fighters for inactivity and 5000 rocks Slice with a wild left, 5000 holds Slice against the cage wall while using dirty boxing. The round begins with 5000 rocking Slice with a plethora of strikes as he backs him into the cage wall, the referee separates the fighters for inactivity and Slice pounces on 5000 with strikes against the cage wall. 5000 charges at Slice and finally eats more strikes until he goes down and the referee jumps in.
