By David Tees on 2/26/2016 6:18 PM

The UFC is coming to London for the first time in 2016 with arguably the biggest event to ever air exclusively on UFC Fight Pass. UFC Fight Night 84 will be headlined by a huge middleweight division battle as Anderson Silva faces Michael Bisping. Also, Gegard Mousasi faces Thales Leites and Brad Pickett returns to the bantamweight division as well.

Main Card

Main Event

UFC Middleweight Division Fight

Michael “The Count” Bisping (27-7-0) vs. Anderson “The Spider” Silva (33-6-0-1NC)

Bisping has won three of his last four under the UFC banner, most notably defeating Thales Leites at UFC Fight Night: Bisping vs. Leites. Silva has only competed one time in the last two-plus years and he has not earned a victory in over three years time. Bisping has been undefeated in his home country of England since joining the UFC, having won all seven fights in the country. Silva has only seen one of his last eight fights go to the judge’s scorecards and that fight was against Nick Diaz at UFC 183. Silva has not been his old self in years now and Bisping has been putting together some beautiful striking in his last few fights, Bisping catches Silva and pulls the upset in his home country.

Co-Main Event

UFC Middleweight Division Fight

Thales Leites (25-5-0) vs. Gegard “The Dreamcatcher” Mousasi (37-6-2)

Leites has won five of six fights in his second UFC run, most notably defeating Tim Boetsch by submission at UFC 183. Mousasi has won two of his last three, but he is coming off of a loss to Uriah Hall at UFC Fight Night: Barnett vs. Nelson. Leites has only lost a single bout in the last five-plus years, with that loss coming to Michael Bisping at UFC Fight Night: Bisping vs. Leites. Mousasi has only had one of his last five fights has gone to a decision, that one fight was against Costas Philippou at UFC Fight Night: Edgar vs. Faber. The majority of this fight should be contested on the ground, but Leites has the better striking and he uses that to get a decision win.

UFC Welterweight Division Fight

Tom Breese (9-0-0) vs. Keita “K-Taro” Nakamura (31-6-2-1NC)

Breese is is currently undefeated as a professional MMA fighter and that includes a pair of wins under the UFC banner. Nakamura is currently undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated Jingliang Li by submission at UFC Fight Night: Barnett vs. Nelson. These are two fighters who are well skilled in the ground game and it will be Nakamura getting the decision to end Breese’s undefeated streak.

UFC Bantamweight Division Fight

Brad “One Punch” Pickett (24-11-0) vs. Francisco “Cisco” Rivera (11-5-0-1NC)

Pickett will be returning to bantamweight after a run at flyweight, Pickett only won just one of four fights as a flyweight. Rivera has won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Alex Caceres at UFC Fight Night: Boetsch vs. Henderson.
