A welterweight division attraction that will be pitting Dakota Cochrane on the opposite side of the cage against Valdir Araujo. Cochrane will enter the fight riding a five fight winning streak, last defeating Jake Lindsey at Victory FC 47. Araujo will be making his Victory FC promotion in this fight and he is a longtime veteran of the Championship Fighting Alliance. Victory Fighting Championships 49 takes place on April 1st from the Baxter Arena in Omaha, Nebraska with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
