A bout for the vacant Titan Fighting Championships Welterweight Title as Steve Carl faces Belal Muhammad. Carl will be making his Titan FC debut in this fight and he is a former World Series Of Fighting Welterweight Champion. Muhammad is currently undefeated as a professional MMA fighter, which includes wins in Titan FC and Bellator MMA. Titan Fighting Championships 38 takes place on April 30th from the Miccosukee Casino in Miami, Florida with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
