Hi CHIKARMY, I've got a complete update for you today - the Tag World Grand Prix is just 9 days away now! In addition to the entire tournament taking place on Saturday, April 2nd, we've got a number of non-tournament matches lined up for you, like:
Our 7:00 pm card, "Disk" has an amazing 8-man tag match signed, as the Arcane Horde of Oleg the Usurper, Kobald, Obariyon and Kodama assemble once again to face a motley quartet. Hallowicked and Frightmare (The Nightmare Warriors) team up with Lucas Calhoun and Missile Assault Man. The Nightmare Warriors are more powerful than ever, but the combined might of the complete Arcane Horde has proven unstoppable since Season 15!
Also set for the evening event is the collision of 2 of our premiere athletes at CHIKARA - the acrobatic spirit dragon, Shynron, will look to overcome the freakish strength and power of Mr. Touchdown! Shynron's aerial abilities know no peer, and he'll need to keep things flipping and flying if he wants to avoid being tacked by Mr. Touchdown!
Lastly, our 7:00 pm event will see the Young Lions Cup up for grabs! The ThunderFrog captured the Cup just last month in Reading, PA at National Pro Wrestling Day! He's already defended it against the Proletariat Boar in NYC, and he's not about to rest on his laurels. Arctic Rescue Ant steps up to the plate in his final bid to win the Cup before aging out of eligibility.
