Following the self-removal of Emil Weber Meek from UFC Fight Night 93, Jim Wallhead has agreed to step in on short notice to fight Jessin Ayari at the event. Wallhead is a veteran of Bellator MMA and Cage Warriors, plus he holds a win over UFC veteran Frank Trigg. Ayari will also be making his UFC debut in this fight and he does so on the strength of a five fight winning streak. UFC Fight Night 93 takes place on September 3rd from the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, Germany with Josh Barnett and Andrei Arlovski headlining.
