Ning Guangyou has been having visa issues and has been pulled from UFC On Fox 21, he was scheduled to fight Marlon Vera on the preliminary card. Vera has also been pulled from the card as well because UFC officials are not able to secure a new opponent before the event. UFC On Fox 21 takes place on August 27th from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with Carlos Condit and Damian Maia headlining.
