(L-R) Viktor Frolov and WMMAA president Vadim Finkelchtein MONTE CARLO, Monaco (October 4, 2016) - World Mixed Martial Arts Association (WMMAA) president Vadim Finkelchtein has named veteran promoter Viktor Frolov as head of the committee organizing the upcoming European MMA Championship, Oct. 20-21 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. The European Championships will coincide with the Governor's Cup (Oct. 19-21), also being held in Saint Petersburg.
