PWA Canada Results from Kitchener, Ontario Feb 11
Josh Alexander defeated Speedball Mike Bailey in an 18 minute ****1/4 star match before a packed house of 200. Alexander has worked for PWA before so some fans already knew how good he is but this was Bailey's debut in Kitchener and only a handful of fans knew him but within 5 minutes he was completely over with chants for him all during the match. There was an almost two minute standing ovation for both men after it was over and the fans that I talked to afterwards all agreed that it was the best PWA match that they had ever seen. Eddie Osbourne defeated Beautiful Beaa in a great intergender match. Kudos to Beaa who took a lot of punishment. Intergender matches don't always work but this one sure did!
