8 Man Tag Team Match set for May 20: Team CZW vs. Team Boss
ECWA has tons of stories coming out of the Super 8 Tournament and months prior… none is bigger than the all out war that’s taken place literally all over the arena will no definitive winner! It’s a well known fact ECWA owner Mike Tartaglia is very out spoken when it comes to the state of indy wrestling and the wrestlers themselves… most of the time it’s brushed off the shoulder as ramblings. However, when he started attacking CZW and CZW’s Dojo Wars he might have bitten off more than he can chew. Social media was ablaze for months as Tartaglia and CZW wrestlers Josh Adams and Frankie Picard went back and forth dishing personal insults. It would very soon spill into the ECWA arena in Woodbury Heights. Frankie Picard and Josh Adams… Adams was already a semi ECWA regular prior to these incidents… would take to the ring and decide the time for words was over! They would brutally assault Tartaglia, who was saved by his two henchmen ‘Old School’ Eric Martin and Tyler Stone, the Classics.
However, the two CZW defenders had brought back up in the deadly CZW Heavyweight Champion ‘Chainsaw’ Joe Gacy! Gacy, Adams, and Picard would easily clear house. The following month, The Boss tried to get the last laugh bringing the evil Blackwater from Dojo Wars… who has had a huge beef with Frankie Picard for seemingly years now. They had a street fight in March that went all over the building! They hit each other with chairs… kendo sticks… trash cans… you name it and it happened!
It was impossible to keep order for ECWA security and officials. Just as Team CZW was looking for the win and kill one more unexpected factor came into play… Tartaglia once again called for back up. And no one expected who walked out of the curtain…
It was former CZW Champion ‘The Bulldozer’ Matt Tremont!
Shocked, Team CZW fled out of the ring! They couldn’t believe another CZW supporter and flag bearer would betray them. That was at least until a sick smile spread across Tremont’s face! He would turn the chair he brought with him to Tartaglia himself! Hitting everyone in the ring with it, it was obvious Tremont’s loyalty wasn’t to the money he was given but to the gold and black logo on his chest!
Fans erupted at this new sight! However, you can bet ‘The Boss’ was furious and wouldn’t let this go unpunished!
May 20, 2017 the stage is set for the largest… the biggest… the most brutal… and possibly chaotic match in ECWA history!
IT’S AN 8 MAN TAG TEAM MATCH THAT WILL BE ALL OUT WAR!
Team CZW… Joe Gacy, Matt Tremont, Josh Adams, and Frankie Picard will take on Team Boss… Eric Martin, Tyler Stone, Blackwater, and Mike Tartaglia!
Can Team CZW finish off ‘The Boss’ for good and prove once and for all that not only are CZW wrestlers the best but the promotion itself? Or will Tartaglia have some more tricks up his sleeve to make his team and ECWA stand tall?
We’ll gonna find real quick! This is literally as can’t miss a match as you’ll see anywhere on the indy wrestling scene! Be there!
