Super Heavyweight Barrington Hughes is coming to MLW: Never Say Never in Orlando this December
ORLANDO – The "Caramel Colossus" Barrington Hughes will rumble once again in Major League Wrestling as the 469 pounder has signed a contract to compete at MLW: Never Say Never event at Gilt Nightclub in Orlando. Tickets are on sale now at MLWTickets.com
Clocking in an 8.8 second victory in his MLW debut, the Miami native made history at MLW: One-Shot by setting record for quickest match in the history of the league.
Instantly a fan favorite for his domination in MLW, Barrington looks to continue his winning ways on December 7th. The problem? Finding an opponent willing to take on the mighty super heavyweight.
"The super heavyweights are back and they're here to stay. Guys like Barrington, Mike Parrow and others give MLW a different dimension. Like any combat sport, when these big guys hit you, you probably aren't getting back up. Good luck to those who try to," said MLW CEO Court Bauer.
MLW matchmakers are confident someone will come forward to take on the mighty 469 pounder.
"Man, I just want the competition. Bring 'em all on. Big. Small. Medium rare. Whatever. I'm just gonna keep on folding them like omelets," said Hughes.

Shane “Swerve” Strickland & John Hennigan

Jimmy Havoc & Darby Allin
MVP, Seth Petruzelli and Barrington Hughes are also confirmed with more grapplers and matches to be announced in the coming weeks.
Tony Schiavone and Rich Bocchini will be in the house on December 7th calling the action for the broadcast, which will be available within 72 hours at MLW.tv.
December 7th ticket prices range from $15-$45 with a limited number of “Golden Ticket” VIP Packages also available.
Bell time is 6:50pm.
