7/14 INSPIRE PRO WRESTLING RESULTS FROM TEXAS

By David Rivera on 7/15/2019 6:46 AM

Ricky Starks defeated Steve O Reno to win the vacant Pure Prestige Championship at the Inspire Pro Wrestling show in Austin, Texas a couple of hours ago..

The group announced that MJF suffered a “severe elbow injury” at the AEW show in Jacksonville, Florida on 7/13/19. A decision was made for him to vacate the title due the injury as well as his schedule with AEW making him unavailable in the future.

Also on the show, there was a unique way of deciding the new Tag Team Champions.

Cherry Ramons and Thunder Rosa were the Tag Team Champions until Ramons announced last month that he was stepping away from pro wrestling. He vacated his half of the titles.

Rosa was allowed to keep her half of the Tag Team Titles but she had to defend it in a 3-Way Match. The vacant half of the Tag Team Titles was to be determined in a 5- Way Match. The winners of each match would become the new champions.

Raychell Rose won the 5-Way Match over Veda Scott, Mark Champion, Baby D., and Grand Tiger.

Tag Team Champion Thunder Rosa won the 3-Way Match over Ethan Page and Cam Cole.

Rosa and Rose are the new Tag Team Champions.

The next Inspire Pro Wrestling is on Aug. 10 in partnership with Heavy Metal Wrestling at The Pit in San Antonio, Texas. It will be the first ever Texas Death Match Massacre Tournament.
