BIG Title Defense Against Former WCW Champion For Bobby Schink

CWE 123Approved.ca Hardcore Championship Match

Hardcore Champion "Big" Bobby Schink w/"The Mastermind" Kevin Cannon vs. Former WCW Hardcore Champion & WWE/IMPACT! Wrestling Alumnus "The Prince Of Punk" Shannon Moore

Happy New Year!

And we are off the races with the first match signed of 2020 and what a BIG encounter to kick off the year!

The Cannon Corporation's dominant reign in CWE has been stronger than ever but given the fact Kevin Cannon was submitted by Cliff Corleone at Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal and Roy Cheeks is out of action with a torn MCL, Friday, January 24th could be 3 strikes as Bobby Schink has arguably the biggest singles match of his career confirmed for A Higher Impact!

Shannon Moore has been a constant in the world of professional wrestling on a global scale since he broke onto mainstream television as a member of the infamous 3 Count Stable. During that time in WCW, as one of the least likely to be considered "Hardcore" at a time the division was stacked full of the most dangerous men to ever step foot in a ring, the Cruiserweight and technical wrestling sensation Shannon Moore captured his first major championship.

Now almost 20 years to the date, the much more grizzled Shannon Moore now known around the world as "The Prince Of Punk" will look to add another nationally contended Hardcore Championship to his resume and guarantee future opportunity in Canadian Wrestling's Elite by defeated Bobby Schink.

Bobby Schink, a graduate of Lance Storm's Storm Wrestling Academy has been a top ranked competitor in CWE since his debut but has really picked it up since becoming the top acquisition and positioned man in The Cannon Corporation.

Much like Shannon Moore capturing the WCW Hardcore Championship catching many by surprise two decades ago, Bobby Schink's win was very much a surprise to everyone, including himself as he is a man not known for being brutally violent to the extent most hardcore competitors are.

What was no surprise, was how Bobby Schink won the championship and how he has maintained it and that is by the strength in numbers The Cannon Corporation always have to their advantage.

Most champions of the Hardcore division win and retain the title with straight brutality or taking full advantage of being able to legally use any object they would like which has seen everything from steel chairs, staple guns, flaming tables, thumb tacks, just to name a few.

Not Bobby Schink. Kevin Cannon is not called "The Mastermind" for nothing and along with Roy Cheeks and his newest signed talent "The Corporate Cowboy" Adam Knight they are flat out mocking and abusing the no disqualification match stipulation and turning every match into a handicap match and of this writing CWE management is still reviewing the rules, policies, and legal options they have to put an end or change some of the guidelines to the division to avoid cases such as The Cannon Corporation having essentially four men defending the championship at any given time when the going gets rough for the champion.

Shannon Moore, first as a member of 3 Count and then as the original M'Fer is no stranger to bending the rules and using strength in numbers for his own success and for his friends so if anyone may have an answer to outsmart Kevin Cannon and his go to choice in his play book it is "The Prince Of Punk!"
