By Shannon Walsh on 2/29/2020 7:55 AM

Wrestling-1 just announced that they will “suspend activities” indefinitely after their 4/1/20 at Korakuen Hall. They apologized for the sudden announcement. All of the wrestlers on the rosters will become free from any contracts.

The company started in 2013. It is owned by Keiji Mutoh and GEN Entertainment.

Mutoh said he will not be on the 4/1/20 show because he will be in America on indie shows in the Tampa area. His final appearance for the company will be on 3/15/20 teaming with Ryota Hama and Yasufumi Nakanoue vs. Masayuki Kono, Ryouji Sai, and KAZMA SAKAMOTO.

The company was not able to get profitable. Their training school will also cease.
