Canadian Wrestling’s Elite concluded The Cruel Summer Tour in Grande Prairie, Alberta last night in front of a sold out crowd of red hot wrestling fans! Here is What took place,
1) 4x CWE Champion “Hotshot” Danny Duggan bested former CWE Tag Team Champion “Fabulous Creebird” Kevy Chevy by pin fall after Chevy missed a top rope moonsault and Duggan capitalized with The Cruel Summer.
2) HIW Grand Champion “The Headline” Shaun Martens retained against “Tasty” Travis Cole in questionable fashion.
3) In the battle of the supernatural, “The Cheetahbear” Jude Dawkins defeated “The Omen” Gabriel Lestat.
4) “Lion Warrior” Bobby Sharp was victorious over Lumberjack Larry.
5) “Spaceman” Beri Grayson & Kyle Francotti beat the 2x CWE Tag Team Champions “The Canadian Crusher” AJ Sanchez & “The Boston Bruiser” Kevin O’Doyle.
- Following the pin fall a post match melee broke out between the four competitors. Francotti chased O’Doyle to the locker room with a 2x4 while Sanchez knocked Grayson out and proceeded to cut off the long hair of Grayson while he was unconscious.
CWE returns to Grande Prairie on Monday, October 26th.
