A light heavyweight division attraction has been added to the May 1 UFC card according to MMA DNA as Ion Cutelaba faces Devin Clark.
Cutelaba (15-6-0-1NC) has won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Khalil Rountree at UFC Fight Night 160. Cutelaba has seen his last three fights end within the first round and it has been almost two years since one of his fights went past round one. Cutelaba has competed 22 times as a professional MMA fighter and just two of those bouts went the distance.
Clark (12-5-0) picked up wins in two of his last three in the UFC, with those wins coming over Dequan Townsend and Alonzo Menifield. Clark has previously headlined a UFC card, which was a loss to Anthony Smith at UFC Fight Night: Smith vs. Clark. Clark has picked up eight of twelve wins by decision, while the fighter has yet to be defeated by decision.
UFC Fight Night: Reyes vs. Prochazka takes place on Saturday, May 1 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Dominick Reyes and Jiri Prochazka headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
