Rojo (16-6-0) is making his UFC debut in this bout and does so having won three of his last four fights. Rojo is competing for the first time in over a year, as his last bout took place in September of 2019. Rojo has picked up eight of 16 wins by KO/TKO, with another six coming by way of submission.

Jourdain (10-3-1) has won just one of four in the UFC, with that lone win coming over Doo Ho Choi at UFC Fight Night 165.
