A featherweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 257 according to MMA Junkie as Aaron Pico faces Aiden Lee.
Pico (7-3-0) enters the contest riding a three fight winning streak, picking up wins over Daniel Carey, Chris Hatley Jr. and John De Jesus. Pico hasn’t been defeated in over a year, with that last loss coming to Adam Borics at Bellator 222. Pico has competed 10 times as a professional MMA fighter and none of those bouts went the distance.
Lee (9-4-0) has won two of three under the Bellator banner, with those wins coming over Damian Frankiewicz and Jeremy Petley. Lee has suffered four losses as a pro MMA fighter and all but one of them came in the Cage Warriors promotion. Lee has earned five of nine pro MMA wins by submission, with another two coming by KO/TKO.
Bellator 257 takes place on Friday, April 16 from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut with Vadim Nemkov and Phil Davis headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Showtime.
