A lightweight division attraction has been added to the April 10 UFC card according to Kuba Voranek as Matuesz Gamrot faces Scott Holtzman.
Gamrot (17-1-0-1NC) is winless thus far under the UFC banner, dropping a bout to Guram Kutateladze at UFC Fight Night 180. Gamrot is the former KSW Lightweight Champion and he relinquished the belt upon signing with the UFC last year. Gamrot has earned eight of 17 wins by decision, with another five coming by way of KO/TKO.
Holtzman (14-4-0) has won two of his last four in the UFC, with those wins coming over the duo of Dong Hyun Ma and Jim Miller. Holtzman hasn’t picked up a win in over a year, with his last victory coming at UFC Fight Night 167 in February of 2020. Holtzman has competed 18 times as a professional MMA fighter and 20 of those bouts went the distance.
UFC Fight Night: Till vs. Vettori is set for Saturday, April 10 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Darren Till and Marvin Vettori headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
