A lightweight division scheduled for UFC Fight Night 187 between Zubaira Tukhugov and Ricardo Ramos has been scrapped according to Igor Lazorin.
The reason behind the fight being canned is due to Tukhugov suffering an injury, but the nature of the injury isn’t known at this time. Ramos is expected to remain on the card at this time, as UFC officials are seeking a replacement for him to fight.
UFC Fight Night 187 takes place on Saturday, March 13 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Leon Edwards and Belal Muhammad headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
